What sessions look like

Each session is intuitively crafted to meet you where you are—whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply seeking a moment of stillness and pampering.

  • A warm welcome

  • Treatment and procedure explained

  • You remain fully clothed and lie down on a massage table or sit comfortably in a chair. Soft music, dim lighting, and calming scents may be used to create a peaceful atmosphere.

  • I will invite you to set an intention, breathe deeply, and connect with your heart space.

Crystal Face Massage

  • Your face is gently cleansed with warm herbal water or floral mist, preparing the skin and energy field.

  • A nourishing oil is applied with care. 

  • I will then may stimulate marma points (energy centres) on the face to awaken prana and release tension.

  • Rose Quartz Massage:

  • Using Rose Quartz crystals, a roller, gua sha, or mushroom-shaped stone, I will glide the crystal over your skin in slow, upward strokes.

  • Movements follow Ayurvedic flow—lifting, sculpting, and draining lymph while calming the nervous system.

  • The coolness of rose quartz soothes inflammation and invites emotional release, especially around the jaw, brow, and heart line.

Indian Head Massage 

  • Scalp Massage: The practitioner begins with slow, circular movements across the scalp, using fingertips to stimulate blood flow and release tension.

  • Neck & Shoulder Work: Firm yet soothing strokes are applied to the neck and shoulders, targeting areas where stress accumulates.

  • Facial Techniques: Gentle pressure may be used on the temples, jaw, and forehead to ease headaches and facial tension.

After Treatment

  • You’re invited to rest in silence, allowing the energy to settle and insights to surface.

  • Affirmations or Colour Breathing: Some sessions may close with heart chakra affirmations or mindfulness visualisation using soft pink light to deepen the healing.

  • Gentle Awakening: A warm towel, herbal tea, or grounding touch helps you return gently to the present moment.

  • Sessions typically last 45 minutes.

  • You may leave feeling radiant, emotionally lighter, and deeply nurtured—like your skin and soul have been lovingly held
